Greetings and salutations, readers! Hope the New Year has been going well for you so far. This will be a fairly short post, covering a few news items.

AIO Club Update
As we know, sometime in 2022 the Adventures in Odyssey Club will be undergoing major updates. Bren over at the Whit’s End Podcast made a post about these upcoming updates, so be sure to check it out. We do know a few random details about it which have been mentioned on the Adventures in Odyssey Club in the posts of the latest Name That Episode.

…and as for the new and improved Club site and app, we’re more than halfway there. Stay tuned for information about launch dates and some of the cool features we’ve been working on for you, including a random episode button!

AIO Club

On January 6th, the following message appeared:

As promised, here’s another benefit of the new, improved AIOC coming to a device near you in 2022: a higher bitrate for enhanced audio quality. It will be more than twice what it is now! . . .

Before you ask, we don’t have a full list of features that will be ready for launch. Nor do we have a firm launch date. That’s where you come in. Please be praying for the Odyssey team and everyone working with us to make the Club upgrade something really special. Our God is in control, and we’re counting on Him to bring everything together in His perfect timing!

AIO Club

As you can see, although we don’t have an official launch date, we do know some of the cool features we’ll be getting. A random episode button sounds like fun and would be useful to me on days when I can’t decide what to listen to.

Captain Absolutely
The new revised and expanded Captain Absolutely comic book has now been released and is available for purchase! This revised edition will include over 40 pages about Chrisitan worldview, along with other topics.

That’s all I have for now. I feel like I’ve been doing an awful lot of news posts lately and am trying to work on posts other than news. Maybe some reviews, or top 10 lists, or something. I may also try making some better featured images as well. Hmm, those sound like good goals to achieve this year. Going forward in 2022, I’m going to resolve to try doing things other than just news posts and make better featured images, so keep an eye out for that.
